  1. Register on Art-vetting.com and submit your application by the deadline posted accompanied by five samples of your work, an artist statement and a CV.
  2. There will be approximately 12 sessions per year of only 10 artists being reviewed by our guest reviewer. Occasionally we may do a second tier round which is reviewed by the ArtVetting team only.
  3. There is a non-refundable $20 application fee to cover costs.
  4. Artists can edit images and update their artists statement up until the deadline. After this date the submissions will be closed until the next round.
  5. Each month 10 artists will be selected and have their work art-vetted by an art world professional be it a gallery owner, curator, artist or collector.
  6. Your artwork and the art-vettors comments will be archived each month.
  7. Our art-vettors are selected from art world professionals who work actively in the selection and exhibition of new artists and their work.
  8. The feedback from our jurors will be direct and honest. We hope to demystify the system of how the art world works, and make it open and accessible to more artists.
  9. Some months will have focused themes (photography, sculpture, painting etc) with Art-vettors selected for their particular expertise in this area. We invite you to submit work for art-vetting during a particular month. If your work is not selected for Art-vetting you may re-submit at another time.
  10. Occasionally we may further promote artists work with group or solo shows. These will be by separate negotiation. Participation in Artvetting.com in no way commits you to any further endeavors.
  11. We may also field enquiries about the sale of artwork shown on the site. Any sales through Art-vetting.com will be split 70/30 between artist and Art-vetting.com.
